This traditional Irish Pub has history going back over 100 years, and sits within the Copper Coast UNESCO Global Geopark that stretches along the County Waterford coastline for 25km.
It is named after the 19th Century copper mines that lie at its heart. It comprises of spectacular coastline consisting of scalloped beaches and coves buttressed and enclosed by rocky headlands. Oceans, volcanoes, deserts and ice sheets all combined to create the rocks, which provide the physical foundation of the natural and cultural landscapes of the Copper Coast

To deliver on our mission "to provide the best tasting drinks in the World" it starts with investing in the right draft beer cooling system. We use the same technology as Guinness use in their Flagship Guinness Storehouse Brewery.
We created a custom ring main of –4ºC (30% glycol, 70% water) liquid, which is pumped to each piece of refrigerated equipment. The equipment is then closely controlled with digital thermostats allowing perfect serving temperatures and precision performance.
